The Landlord welcomes discussion but the preferred tenure would be 3 / 5 years. If the Tenancy is to be held by a company then a Guarantor will be required.  The building is insured by the Landlord and the Tenant is invoiced annually the premium for payment.  The rates are also the responsibility of the Tenant.

Internal Lighting High-Bay discharge luminaries.  External Lighting LED floodlight above the entrance controlled by timelock/photocell with manual override.  Emergency Lighting installed in accordance with BS 5266 and current Building Regulations.  Small Power 3 phase distribution for small power supply to sectional overhead door.
