This three-bedroom link semi-detached house, located in the popular Farmhill area, offers significant potential but is in need of complete modernisation. Situated close to local amenities and on the main bus route, this property provides a convenient location but requires substantial work throughout.
The property is brick-rendered to both the front and rear. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a hallway with stairs leading to the upper floor and a door opening into the L-shaped living/dining room. The dining area features sliding doors to the outside, while a further door leads into the kitchen. The kitchen provides internal access to the garage, which houses the gas combi boiler and offers access to the enclosed rear garden.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, and a third smaller bedroom that could serve as a single or a home office. A family shower room completes the first-floor layout.
Externally, the front of the property offers a driveway leading to the garage, while the rear boasts an enclosed garden in need of attention.
